• Report and session storage — keeps your questionnaire answers and report link working as you move between pages.
• Consent record — remembers the choice you make here so we don't ask on every visit.
• Payment and security — Stripe sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention and to complete your payment. Checkout cannot work without them.

Under Australian privacy expectations and the Privacy Act's APP framework, these are used only to deliver the service you asked for, so they stay on.

We use a Google Ads measurement tag to understand which class actions people search for and to count completed $9 report purchases so we can improve our service. Outside the EU, UK, Switzerland and Quebec — including Australia — this runs by default under Google's Consent Mode. In those regulated regions it stays off until you accept this banner.

If you accept analytics, we also record aggregate, non-identifying usage such as which class actions are searched for and where people stop in the questionnaire. We do not use analytics to build a profile of you.

• No fingerprinting to identify you across devices.
• No selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for their own use.

You can also clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop reports and checkout from working correctly.
